What is your shipping policy?

We include door to door shipping from our warehouses and factories with a full factory acceptance tested solution by our experts. Product shipped is insured door to door by the customers location and their own insurance. Should any defects occur in shipping we will arrange a replacement unless considered damage through miss handling which may be subject to the freight company managing insurance claims.

DOMESTIC

We will ship to your agreed shipping location under our shippers insurance in Ireland once landed by our shippers and local duty, taxes and shipping costs paid.

The solutions we sell will be with you on site and may require you to arrange a local staging location to receive goods, should you wish to see our engineers onsite prior to delivery to check all is ok with your delivery please email us and we will help to manage more carefully your installation. Please make sure you have suitable package recycling and storage for our reusable containers to be collected.

A suitable WEEE disposal maybe necessary should you not have appropriate staging and recycling of waste.

Shipping costs may increase due to unforeseen circumstances.

We will ship to your agreed shipping location under your shippers insurance.

What if we do not have Wifi?

We include with all our own player supplied displays a Sim card slot for you to manage remote access via a secure platform. You will be able to manage this access should wifi be disabled or not allowed to activate the displays use. You will require to inform us of the network, band and 3/4/5G sim card provider.
